Whistleblowers’ Channel
Aena's General Regulatory Compliance System aims to promote a true ethical business culture of regulatory compliance, to ensure the effectiveness of the control rules and procedures that minimise the risk of unlawful conduct on the part of the Company's employees and to accredit that due control has been exercised over the activity.
Following the entry into force of Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, Aena has implemented an Internal Information System, which promotes a culture of active listening with its stakeholders and guarantees the protection of informants against possible reprisals, which includes the Whistleblower Channel, as a formal mechanism for communication, consultation or reporting of irregularities.
The Board of Directors has appointed the Compliance Supervisory and Controlling Body to be responsible for the Internal Reporting System, delegating to the Chief Compliance Officer the powers to manage information and to process investigation files.
We also inform you that you have the possibility of contacting the external channel of the Independent Authority for the Protection of the Informant, A.A.I., or the corresponding regional authorities or bodies.
