Claims, complaints and suggestions relating to the services provided by the Aena Documentation and Publications Centre (CDP)

A filing service for claims, complaints and suggestions related to services provided by Aena's Documentation and Publications Centre (DPC). It will be possible to co-ordinate the specialised assessment and collaboration services through this documentation centre, as well as publications' editing, distribution and sales.

Specialised Assessment and Collaboration Service

Users, units and centres belonging to Aena or external agencies can request the Documentation and Publications Centre to consult technical documentation or information on the aeronautical area which concerns them. The Centre will inform of the steps to follow to obtain the information.

There are various means of accessing this advice: by telephone, e-mail, Aena intranet, ordinary post or fax, internally from another centre or department or in person at the PDC.

Publications sales service

Users will be able to purchase all the publications they require from the catalogue provided by the Documentation and Publications Centre.

Sales will be carried out through the Aena website.

Citizens will be able to file their claims, complaints or suggestions by sending the downloadable form in any of the following ways:
